RF 1200 Transformer

KIT RF1200 TRANSFORMER is intended for output, interstage impedance matching applications.

Note this is not the finished transformer. This is a KIT for the manufacture of the transformer.

Primarily in for solid-state, push-pull amplifiers.
The RF1200 transformer can handle a maximum power dissipation of 1200-1500 watts PEP.

Designed for PA with MOSFET, LDMOS – 4x MRF150, 4x SD2933, 4x VRF2933, BLF188, BLF578, MRF6VP11KH, MRFE6VP61K25HR6…

For example – for such a module –

The core material for the RF1200 transformer is available type 61.
TYPE 61  1.8-50MHz frequency range.
